History

Global Bodybuilding Organization was founded in 2015 and developed keeping the athlete in mind. We have called this organization an Athlete's First organization since the beginning. We have implemented and taken away things that may have or may not have worked. We listen to our athletes however we may not be able to put some of their ideas in place. We started out as amateur athletes knowing that they could compete with any organization of their choice since this was one of the biggest factors for leaving under the direction of another organization.  We recently put in place a competition rule allowing Global Bodybuilding Professionals the opportunity to compete as amateurs in other organizations however when a GBO Professional competes with us, they would compete at a professional level only.

We host a Professional Symposium once a year bringing in speakers for our Professionals to grow and gain some knowledge that they may benefit from.

We have added new shows, promoters, judges and directors and we have also discontinued relationships based on what was best for the organization and the athletes. 

We continue to grow and learn through this process and embrace the future!
